When you hear about the latest statistics on fertility rates, you may wonder what is going on. When you have a baby and trying to conceive, it can seem like a miracle at times. Some of us assume that we’ll have to deal with infertility until we pass, and others are more interested in the reasons for these numbers. There are some causes, some reasons that are going to be more critical than others.

What is going on?
When we talk about Sex and Fertility, most couples discuss their marital relationship, which gives an unambiguous indication of the actual condition of their relationship. As it is commonly understood that sex plays a vital role in getting pregnant and giving birth, it would be wrong to say that there is no fertility rate in it. But after a discussion about these two aspects, there is a doubt in everyone’s mind whether sex can make your fertility rate fall.

If you are married for a more extended period and have sex with your partner after your marriage, then it is evident that you have problems regarding your fertility. You may also get the same problem if you are engaging in frequent sex with your partner. This is because when we say regular sex, it means having sex regularly. And when your fertility rate is falling, then obviously, your spouse’s quality is not good enough for you.

Which countries will be most affected?
China has one of the lowest fertility rates in the world. That’s not surprising since there are many issues there. For example, China one of the largest suppliers of antibiotics and other medicines used in medical treatments, especially in dealing with sexually transmitted diseases.

India, one of the fastest-growing countries in the world, also has a low fertility rate. Why is this? The government has a significant crime rate and poor health conditions. All of these issues contribute to having a low Fertility Rate. But India is still leading the pack when it comes to economic growth.

In South America, The birth rate there is considered to be “atrocious.” It seems that so many people are getting trafficked here or migrating in fear of violence back home. Of course, there’s plenty of that in places like Guatemala, Mexico, and Brazil. Why is this? It could be related to poverty, disease, lack of education on sexual morality, and much more.

What about Africa?
On the other side of the coin, Africa has one of the highest fertility rates. This may be due to all the advent of modern medicine there in the past several decades. There’s no wonder why many couples struggle to have children despite all the modern techniques readily available. Maybe these couples were lucky enough to avoid being infected by AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases.

Why are fertility rates falling?
There could be many reasons as to why this is happening. One of the reasons could be that there is something wrong with sexual relationships. There are many problems like premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, making people’s sex life dull and boring. There is also the problem of too much excitement while having sex. It might be because of the side effects of some sexually transmitted diseases. And there are also other problems like depression and stress.

Another cause is damage to the reproductive organs caused by cancer. In this case, there is a cure through surgery or other forms of treatment. Cancer can also be passed down through genetics.

Are there any solutions?
Many men will eat certain foods that may have a positive effect on their sperm counts. As may be expected, many men will also find that certain drinks such as coffee, tea, and wine can enhance their fertility. You should note that while men may have a higher tolerance to these drinks, women will generally have different tolerance levels. Therefore, it may be best to avoid alcoholic beverages if you are a couple hoping to become pregnant.

Besides, one of the things that a couple may want to consider is to look at their lifestyles. In many cases, a couple’s lifestyle can impact their fertility in negative ways. For instance, a couple who has a night schedule may find that they are less likely to have intercourse during the ovulation period. This can be attributed to the fact that when a woman is more active during the day, she can get in tune with her body, which will generally lead to greater fertility. However, if a couple chooses to have sex only at night, they may find that their chances of having a baby are significantly reduced.
